Supplying premium ready mix concrete to residential and commercial customers in the high country of North Carolina.
In 1961, CL Loven started LOVEN Ready Mix with a single plant in Pineola North Carolina. At the time, no one was supplying concrete to the high country and Loven saw an opportunity to meet a growing need. The company would later extend it's reach, opening plants in Boone, North Carolina as well as eastern Tennessee.

In 2018 Maymead Inc, acquired both North Carolina Ready Mix plants.

Today, though some of the faces have changed, LOVEN Ready Mix remains committed to supplying the high country of North Carolina with the finest quality ready mix concrete available. We've always operated as a "family" business and continue to do so to this day.

Over the years, we've supplied ready mix concrete to thousands of residential and commercial projects including Appalachian State University.
